Kefilwe Mosetsanagape Sebolao

To start with, I never understood what I had to do from the beginning. This type of the project was one of the kinds to do, where one large group of students had to produce one thing. But to understand it I pictured it as a funnel and everything worked out well. I created a link about the culture heritage of Indians in relation to their food. The main objective of this was to understand how the Indians related the food with their culture. I found out that Indians respect food as part of their culture, that’s why it’s usually included in their ceremonies or celebrations. Also within their culture, Indians believe that their foods are healthier for their minds, body and soul. This was done to help people who visit the website to understand the influence of food on the Indian culture and how it benefits their society in Malaysia.

For the design of the graphical User Interface, I created a banner using the Photoshop software, I used this so that I could blend in the pictures well and make a perfect size to fit in the website.
This was a great idea because I learnt to work with many people, and of different races. I so much liked this kind of the project. Problems I faced are that we did not understand what we have to do from the beginning, so with that we wasted so much time not doing anything and checking on the lectures to explain. The lecture did make everything clear at the end but anyways at the end we got the drive.

It was great working with all my colleagues; they comprehended well though sometimes we had problems with our meetings, when our schedules clashed. From my part I learnt that Indians are very respective of their food in relation to their culture as its usually part of their celebrations which they so much treasure. I will say I was cooperating well my group mates and the group leader; I did my work on time to avoid delaying other students since I knew we all have to compile one thing at the end..so I learnt that my laziness could contribute to the whole group not just me. I believe I did put much effort on this project and as for my group mates they cooperated well too.
